    The same problem running XP SP3. Are you sure is not a virus?

    No virus....

    The IT guys in my company did all the reformats, if I was doing it I would doubt it....

    Definitely the new service packs are screwing with the web cam and graphics driver...

    Have you seen when the Paly Camera comes on the application is shooting photos?
